This User Agreement serves as the official guideline for all users accessing and using the Movture application. Movture is a professional AI visual creation tool focused on image and video intelligent generation.
The application supports a no-account usage mode, allowing all users to directly access and use core creation functions including:
All services are provided without registration, login, or submission of any personal identity information. All services are based on our independent technical system, aiming to provide users with a simple, efficient, and safe visual creation experience.
All technical services and functional implementations of Movture are independently developed, operated, and maintained by our team. The entire AI creation process—including image analysis, style rendering, frame synthesis, and video generation—runs on our exclusive internal service system.
The application does not invoke or rely on any third-party technical services, third-party AI platforms, or third-party server resources. There is no cross-platform data transmission or external third-party participation in the whole service process, ensuring the independence, stability, and security of user creation behaviors and content data.
Movture will never collect, record, identify, analyze, or store any user facial information, facial feature data, facial biometric features, facial contour data, or any other facial-related personal characteristic information in any way.
No matter whether the pictures uploaded by users contain facial elements or not, our system will not perform facial recognition, facial feature extraction, facial data analysis, or facial information recording operations. When processing user uploaded images and generating new pictures and videos, the system only performs overall picture style optimization, structural reconstruction, and dynamic frame rendering for the entire visual content. It will not independently screen, capture, or retain any facial detail information, and will not establish any user facial feature database.
In addition to the absolute non-collection of facial information, Movture will not actively collect users' personal sensitive information including but not limited to:
All image materials uploaded by users are only used for real-time AI generation operations of the current usage session, and no private user data will be secretly collected in the background.
All original images uploaded by users and AI-generated picture and video works are only stored locally on the user's personal mobile device, and will not be automatically uploaded, backed up, or synchronized to any remote server by the system.
After each creation operation is completed, the temporary data cache generated during the AI operation process will be automatically cleared by the system to ensure no residual user content data is retained on our service terminal.
Movture will never share, transmit, sell, lease, or disclose any user's uploaded content, creation works, operation records, or implicit personal information to any third-party individuals, companies, or institutions. The application has no built-in third-party data sharing channels, data docking interfaces, or data push functions. All user-related data is completely isolated from external platforms, and all usage rights and ownership of user creation content belong exclusively to the user.
Users agree to use Movture's AI creation services in compliance with public network norms and legitimate usage rules. Users shall ensure that all uploaded picture materials are independently created, owned, or legally authorized by themselves, and shall not upload any illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, or other non-compliant content.
Users shall bear full responsibility for the legality and compliance of all materials uploaded and works generated by themselves. Users are not allowed to use the application's AI generation function for:
The core algorithms, technical frameworks, interface designs, functional modes, and product styles of Movture are all protected by intellectual property rights. Users obtain the right to use the application's services during normal use, but do not obtain any intellectual property rights of the application's underlying technology and system functions.
All independently created pictures and videos generated by users based on personal uploaded materials belong to the users themselves.
Our team will continuously optimize and iterate the AI generation effect, operation experience, and functional performance of Movture, and maintain the long-term stability and usability of the service. We reserve the right to adjust and optimize product functions and service modes on the premise of not damaging user legitimate rights and interests, so as to improve user creation experience.
